The water bath is placed in the chafing dish, and a heat source is used to bring the water to the right temperature. Alternatively, fuel canisters or electric heating elements can also be used. Meals are placed in a special container and gently kept warm in the hot water bath. The Cromargan® bath matches many different chafing dishes from the WMF range.
