Art is also in the spotlight: SHA., an internationally renowned artist and perception researcher, has installed 5,000 light sticks throughout Das Lebendige Haus, which shine in the darkness far across Augustusplatz and into Leipzig’s pedestrian area. In 2020, this artistic installation was honoured with the GERMAN DESIGN AWARD.
